Hospital Services
Grover C. Dils Medical Center is a non-profit, Critical Access Hospital (CAH). We have four acute beds with the licensing to accommodate three post-acute (swing-bed) patients. In addition to this, we have 16 Long-term Care beds. We use these combined beds to also provide Respite Care. You will also find Out-patient Services that include our Lab and Radiology departments.
Post-Acute Care
Our licensing for swing beds allows for continuity of care for patients that find themselves in the position where they are well enough to be discharged from the hospital, but not well enough to return home. We are committed to helping you recover close to home. Swing bed services can help patients who need:
- Rehabilitation after surgery
- Physical & Occupational Therapy after accident, injury, or illness
- Skilled care after recent hospitalization
- On-going wound care
