Our out-patient clinics in both Caliente and Alamo provide incomparable service and dedication to our community. With a referral from your provider, our Physical and Occupational Therapists evaluate and design a treatment program for you.

Kobee Wade
Kobee WadePhysical Therapist
Kobee has been with our team for 6 years and has worked with a wide variety of diagnosis. He works in our outpatient clinic as well as in our inpatient SWING Bed program. Kobee works with IASTM, Dry Needling and other Manual Therapies to help patients of all ages. He is passionate about the community and helping patients gain freedom and safety through improved movement, strength and confidence.
Dustin Poulsen
Dustin PoulsenPhysical Therapist
Dustin received his DPT from the University of Utah in 2023 and joined our team shortly after. Dustin has spent time in multiple outpatient orthopedic clinics, inpatient acute care setting, and vestibular/balance specialty clinic. Dustin is passionate treating injuries ranging from post-surgical rehab to vestibular/balance, sports performance, and strength/conditioning for all ages.
Megan Poulsen
Megan PoulsenOccupational Therapist
Megan received her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Utah in 2023. Megan enjoys working with a variety of populations. She is passionate about helping kids and families in feeding therapy and sensory processing and address difficulties due to neurological disorders. She specializes in evaluating and designing holistic care plans incorporating medical, physical and social needs to improve health.
