We’re inviting local photographers of all skill levels—pros, hobbyists, and anyone with a phone camera—to submit your best photos of Lincoln County. Winning photos will be printed and proudly displayed throughout our facilities for the community to enjoy!

First Place – $1000
Second Place – $500
(A third-place prize of $250 may be awarded at the judge’s discretion)

Contest Rules

Who Can Enter

  • Open to all Lincoln County residents
  • Ages 12 and up may participate
  • Minors must have a parent/guardian’s permission to enter

Number of Photo Entries

  • Each participant must submit at least 25 photos to be considered
  • Photos are to be submitted all together in one folder file
  • No collages or multi‑photo layouts

How & Where to Submit

  • Use the subject line: Photo Showcase Submission – [Your Name]
  • Please include:
    • Your full name
    • Phone number
    • Photo titles (if applicable)
    • Location where each photo was taken

Photo Requirements

  • Photos must be taken in Lincoln County
  • Light editing (brightness, color correction) is okay, but:
    • No heavy filters
    • No AI‑generated or AI‑altered images
  • Must be your original work
  • Horizontal or vertical formats allowed
  • High-quality resolution (approximately 7680 × 7680 pixels or 240 DPI)
  • File type must be TIFF (.tif), High-resolution JPEG (.jpg), or PNG.

Content Guidelines

  • No inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe content
  • No copyrighted material (such as logos, artwork, etc.)

Deadline for Submission

  • All entries must be submitted by April 30th, 2026

Judging Criteria
Entries will be judged by a committee based on:

  • Relevance to theme (captures the spirit of Lincoln County)
  • Creativity & originality
  • Technical quality (clarity, lighting, composition)
  • Visual impact
  • Overall impression

Winner Selection

  • Committee will select winner
  • Winners will be contacted by email
  • Winning photos will be printed and displayed throughout Grover C. Dils facilities
